Shopping Assistance
You may follow the below steps to place an order:-
1) Select your desired item along with the required services.
2) Add the item to Shopping bag.
3) Click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ tab.
4) On the Checkout page, you need to select/enter your Billing & Shipping address incase you are logged in. Else, you need to enter the details and proceed accordingly.
5) Select a payment mode and click on ‘Place Order’ to complete the payment.
6) On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated and you will also receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.
We would love to have you with us as a registered customer to save the hassle of entering the details every time you shop with us. However, for quick order placement you may skip the registration process and place the order by going through the following steps:
1. Select the item and add it to shopping bag
2. Click on "Proceed to checkout"
3. Enter the details in "Billing Address"
4. Select desirable mode of payment and proceed with order placement.
You need to Login in order to save your wishlist. In case you like a product to add to your Wishlist, just click the Heart icon on the product image and you will be prompted to log in or register. Please do so to continue adding products to your wishlist.
Alternately, you can always choose to 'log in' as soon as you visit us from the top right corner.
At the top right corner of our Website you will see an option to "Log In". Click on it and you will be guided to the Customer Login pop-up where you need to enter your ‘Registered Email ID & Password’ in order to login.
We do not accept orders over phone. If you have any difficulty placing order through our website, feel free to touch base with us through email or live chat support, we’re always available at your service to resolve any concern right away.
Measurement and Customization
For Menswear, you need to measure your around chest and refer to the available size chart in the desired item page, as the size chart often varies based on the design and type of item you are opting for.
The size chart of each of the item category is based on the around chest/ bust measurement. Eg: If your around bust is 36 inches, you must select size 36 of the desired item, however, for Menswear and Kidswear, there are certain items which are worn a little loose and not body fitted.
Therefore, you must measure your around chest and look for the size chart on the item page and select the size which reflects your measured chest size. Eg: If size chart reflects chest size of 32 and then 34 while you measured yourself to be 32.5 inches, you must select the size reflecting chest size as 34 inches.
Loosening is the extra ease with which a garment is stitched to give a comfort fit.
Margin is the seam provided inside the garment after the stitching edge / line which gives the flexibility for any kind of alteration in future.
Yes, we do accept the request if the product has not been sent for stitching.

Example: If your around chest is 36 inches, you must select size 36 of the desired item.
If you refer to the size chart, for size 36, you will find the top chest as 40 inches. This extra room of 4 inches is provided for a comfort fit.
Payments
This may happen due to the following reasons:-
I) Incorrect details of Credit Card
II) Credit Card declined from Credit Card Company/Bank
III) Crossed Excess Credit limit available on your Credit Card
IV) Credit Card Company doesn't allow Overseas transactions
V) Mismatch of Shipping & Billing address

Yes definitely. You can easily pay partially via store credit and the remaining balance by selecting the preferred mode of payment.

This message comes when there is an issue with the Network Connectivity. Request you to check with your service provider and it should get resolved.
You can make payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets or any Cash Cards.
Order Status
Time to dispatch varies from Item to Item. You may refer to the Order Confirmation Mail where in we have mentioned the time to ship against each item(s).
If opted for stitching services, additional 3 working days would be needed to ship the item(s).
Post shipment the courier takes around 4-6 business days to deliver the product at your doorstep.
To keep a track of your order, please follow the below steps:-
1. Log in with us through "LOG IN" option
2. Click on "My Account".
3. Go to "Orders" tab. Click on "View Details" to check the status of your order.
4. You will find the expected shipping date mentioned beside your ordered item(s).
We trigger an Order Confirmation mail as soon as an order is placed with us. Alternatively, you may also login to the My Account section and check the status of your order, which might take some time to get uploaded in your account.
An Order Confirmation Email gets triggered instantly from our system on receipt of Payment against an Order. In case the payment is through from your end and still you have not received the Order Confirmation Mail, there might be some technical glitch. It happens in a very rare instance.
Alternatively you may login to your My Account and check the status of the order placed by you.
In case you still find any discrepancy, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and we shall be more than happy to assist you in the best possible manner.
Yes, there might be a possibility but the same can only be committed post confirmation from our workshop. In such scenarios you need to let us know your required ‘delivery date’ and we shall get back to you with the best possible resolution. We do not charge any additional cost for such requests.
Alongside, you can also check our ‘Ready to Ship’ section wherein we do have items from 1 to 3 days dispatch category.
Incase any customization opted, the item will take additional 3 working days to get ready. Post shipment, it will take another 4-6 working days to get delivered to your doorstep.
Shipping and Delivery
Post shipment you will receive an auto generated email which would have the details of the item(s) which has(ve) been shipped along with the tracking information.
Alternatively, you may also find the tracking information updated in your "My Account" section.
As soon as an item is marked as shipped from our end, an Email with Tracking details / information automatically gets triggered.
In rare scenario, it might take upto 24 hours for the tracking details to reflect in the system.
Post shipment you will receive an auto generated email which would have the details of the item(s) which has(ve) been shipped along with the tracking information.
Alternatively, you may also find the tracking information updated in your "My Account" section.
While the tracking number gets generated as soon as an item is marked shipped from our end, the Courier Website may take upto 2 hours to generate the details on their Website.
Post shipment normally an item takes around 4-6 working days to get delivered.
In rare instances you might experience delay because of clearance at the origin or the destination country.
We do proactively keep a track of such deviations and initiate a follow up with our Courier Partner to ensure the delivery at the earliest.
